Gianvito Rossi
Gianvito is the son of the famous Italian shoemaker Sergio Rossi and this is where his superb knowledge of the craft comes from. Young Rossi grew up in the San Mauri region where Federico Fellini also spent many years. He later started to travel and a cosmopolitan style is thus evident in his work, influenced by the charm of Paris, the bustle of New York and the magic of the Orient.
Gianvito is famous for his obsession with the female form and he absolutely loves beauty, harmony of proportions and aesthetics. This is why he in particular places an emphasis on graceful and sensual lines.
