declares,
that he is familiar with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC ( general regulation on the protection of personal data),

and undertakes to apply this regulation within the framework of applicable legal regulations.

Our boutique does not process personal data of website users other than for purposes permitted by law = contact form, in order to insert a question or book an appointment and feedback from our side, it collects the name, phone number and email of the user who comes with the question to our e-mail: info@obsession.cz After sending the answers, your personal data will be immediately and immediately manually deleted from the e-mail box, because the website does not have any database of users, nor records of these questions, so they do not fulfill any personal data of users. The contact form serves a purpose, it is intended to facilitate communication between the parties.

According to the GDPR, website users have their rights

The data subject has the right to be informed about the processing of his personal data.  The right to information is equivalent to the right to information about processing provided for in § 11 of the current Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
